This appointment is for customers who need to re-try Prom Dresses they already love (or a new selection) to find the One for Prom. These appointments are for 30 - 60 minutes depending on how many dresses you need to try back on (Please scroll down to read more info on this) We have also popped the option to book a measurements appointment on here as well. This is so those of you that have said Yes to the dress remotely, following your original appointment with us, can get their measurements appointment (if required) booked in with us ASAP. This appointment type is NOT for organising Dress Pick-up/Collection from us. We need to steam and Prep your gown for collection prior to you coming in - you will be sent a separate booking link for this service :) We offer Re-try appointments for: Re-try the "One" - 30 minutes If you just need to try the favourite dress back on to experience her again, before you say Yes - please select Re-try the "One" in the next page - which is a 30 minute appointment, perfectly timed to retry her back on and complete your paperwork/ go through any order questions with you. Re-try 2 to 3 Dresses - 45 minutes If you are in love with more than one dress and need time to re-try 2-3 dresses back on to make the decision on which is the One for Prom - this is the appointment for you! Try on a whole new Selection - 1 hour If you changed your mind in our first appointment about the style or colour you love, or had problems narrowing the choice down and need to re-try a number of dresses (or we need to pick a whole new selection for you!) - this is the appointment for you. Measurements Appointment - 15 minutes If you have said Yes to your Prom dress (or are about to) and we need to take measurements or look at the fit of the shop sample to make a decision on the best size to order your Prom Dress in - this is the appointment for you. We usually pop the dress back on quickly and look at fit/measurements as required. Note Measurements appointments are only needed if we have stated you will need this on your paperwork. Pick-up appointments This booking type is NOT suitable for arranging the collection of your dress from us. For pick-up appointments, we will send a separate booking link to you for this to be arranged (we need to steam and prep your gown for collection)
