Cancellation Policy

Pick-up appointments can only be booked if you have received notification from us that your dress has arrived and we have asked to arrange collection with you. If you book a collection appointment before you receive confirmation from us of arrival, I am sorry to say we will most likely have to cancel your appointment. The booking system does not allow pickup bookings less than 48 hours into the future, as we need to make time before you come in to steam and prep your dress ready for collection around other appointment bookings. The booking system also does not allow pick-up bookings more than 3 weeks into the future, this is because all gowns should be collected within 2 weeks of arrival into the boutique. That said, we understand life is busy on the run up to your Wedding/Prom and our availability can go quickly at peak times, which is why we have enabled a 3 week window to book your collection. Please note we also do this to protect the customers who have dresses arriving on the next delivery, if a number of customers delay booking their collections on an earlier delivery, this impacts the number of collection appointments we have available for customers on the next delivery that then comes in. Dress collections should generally be on weekdays or weekday evenings (we are open for evening appointments Tuesday - Friday). This is because we need to steam and prep your dress, which means having it out on the shop floor to hang out/allow the materials to flow prior to you coming in - this does not match well with the busy environment of the boutique over the weekend, when we have a lot of customers coming in and out.
